We are physically prepared.
• Next, we discuss, play a verbal storytelling game about details, or do an exercise on free-flowing creativity.
We are mentally prepared. (It's also great community building!)
• Then we turn off our zoom cameras and free write separately, based on prompts we have discussed.
• Finally, we come back together for strength-based feedback, which is pretty magical.
